About This Blog

How many times a day do you google something related to your health? How many of the pages that you look at do you think provide reliable, evidence-based information you can trust? Probably not as many as we would hope.

I created this space with the hope of being able to provide even a few people with a resource they could rely on.

I am a Registered Nurse, but I am not an expert on any of these topics, nor do I claim to be. I do my research using recent studies and reviews, or other reliable resources; and then I provide answers to common questions and concerns in a format that is easily accessible to all. In a way, I curate information so that you don’t have to search the web high and low to the answer to a question like “does my child have a fever?” or “is birth control related to infertility?”.

There is also a lifestyle side to this blog – because there is a real life person behind this blog. So I share my life, my motherhood, my tips, and some of my favourite products and places too.

If you’ve come here, I hope you find what you need. If you don’t, feel free to reach out to me – I’m always open to exploring new topics and questions.
